What is Bigboys returns policy?

BigBoys want you to be happy so our returns policy is simple.

If you are unhappy with any part of your order for whatever reason, simply email with your name and order number and we will arrange for you your FREE return. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and we should be notified within 30 days of your order being dispatched to you by BigBoys.

We cannot accept or apply this returns policy to garments which have been worn, returned with marks on them or to underwear for hygiene reasons.

It's that simple, no arguments, no fuss!

I have received an incorrect/faulty/damaged item.

If you receive an item which is faulty, damaged or different to the item which you ordered, please send an email to quoting your name and order number and the reason for the return and we will send you a prepaid label in the post.

I have returned an item, when will I get my refund?

Once your item has been received by BigBoys, it will be processed the same day. If the returned items are in a satisfactory condition (not worn/marked etc) we will also process your refund within 24 hours.

Refunds are made to the original card used for payment, please also note that while BigBoys refund immediately, it can (but rarely does) take up to 10 working days for a refund to show in your bank account.

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return something to BigBoys, fill in the details of the item on the returns sheet included with your order and pop this, with your item back in the bag.

To make things easier for you, there is even a spare seal on the bag we sent your goods in so you can reseal it should you want to send something back.

Just simply email with your name and order number and we will send you a returns label via email or in the post.

How much does it cost to return an item?

100% free of charge!
Can I return an order to my local store?

Yes you can now return your item(s) direct to your local store and save time and money!
Simply take your product, in its original packaging along with your Advice Note/Returns paperwork, to the store.

The store will sign your internet Returns Paperwork to confirm receipt of your items(s) and arrange for the product to be returned to our warehouse.

Our Returns Team will refund the card you paid with within 7 working days.
Store colleagues will NOT be able to refund cards within the store; it can ONLY be done by our Returns Team.

The decision to refund the product is made when the product reaches the Returns Team.

Products bought in our retail stores can only be returned to our retail stores. You can also now exchange your item in store up to the same value as the original purchase.

We are happy to refund unwanted items purchased between 17.11.17 to 31.12.17

The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and returned back to us by 14.01.17


No returns will be processed between 23.12.17 to 01.01.18.
