Plus size female bloggers are abundant in the blogosphere. But we’re yet to see the same trend happen with larger men’s fashion. Here at Bigboys.co.uk, we’ve created a blog to make sure the plus size male reader is catered for and you can also shop for plus size men’s clothing on our main website.
If you read our recent post The Most Influential Male Fashion Bloggers, you may have seen Chubstr.com, the plus size men’s fashion blog written by Bruce Sturgell who created his website to help men of all sizes find fashionable and stylish clothing. So to answer your question: yes, the plus size male blogger does indeed exist.
But are there any more out there? Including Bruce, here are three we’ve found…
1 | CHUBSTR.COM
The aforementioned Chubstr.com is our absolute favourite site. Not only does Simon propose to create a style destination for men of all sizes but he’s also made the blog look and feel extremely slick and stylish. Get honest reviews about new or popular brands and get the latest style advice for the plus sized gentlemen. There’s also a great community attached to this blog and many readers upload their daily style photos; your dose of street style without ever having to leave the desk.
2 | BIGGUYFLYY.TUMBLR.COM
Tumblr is a great platform for ideas – and Big Guy Fly, AKA William Beave Brook, is always open to sharing his. He is a personal shopper and stylist working for the bigger man so he’s a trusted pair of eyes in the industry. Follow his Tumblr blog to see his recent work or check out his Instagram (@the_awesome_life_of_a_beaver) to see his own OOTD posts.
Big Fashion Guy is created for the big and tall guy. So if dressing is challenge both vertically and horizontally, follow Tumblr blogger Michael-Anthony for personal outfit posts and some street style inspiration. Just like William Beave Brook (Big Fly Guy), he’s also working in the fashion industry, so no doubt he’ll be a fountain of knowledge to his readers.
