General Information

Orders will be processed and shipped during standard working hours (0900 – 1700) Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

The cut-off point for orders to be shipped the same day is 3pm. Please note, during busy times of the year this cut-off point can change but our team will notify you by email (if you are subscribed to our newsletters), social media pages, and throughout our website.

Delivery Information

We currently offer the following delivery methods: 

FREE UK Standard Delivery
(No Minimum Spend Required)

Standard Delivery is FREE on all UK orders with NO minimum spend. We use Royal Mail 48 which means you can expect delivery within 3-5 days of ordering.

Royal Mail Next Day Tracked Delivery

Royal Mail 24 Tracked costs only £2.99. Just place your order by 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday opting for this service will be delivered the next working day.

Click & Collect

You can collect your order from either our Leeds or Grimsby store. Just select which branch when you choose which shipping method and we'll do the rest. Please note you will be advised by email when your order is ready to be picked up.

European Delivery

Europe: Zone 1 (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Switzerland) £13. The rest of Europe £19. Please note that these prices to Europe are a guide and are dependent on weight. In some cases, an additional charge may need to be made, but we'll let you know before you checkout.

Orders placed on a Bank Holiday

Whilst we like to ensure all orders are processed promptly, Bank Holidays enables our fantastic team to have some well-deserved time off. This means our office and warehouse is closed, therefore any orders placed during a Bank Holiday, will not be dealt with until the next standard following working day. 

What to do if your order does not arrive

On very rare occasions, parcels go astray. If you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched but it fails to arrive, please contact us by calling 0113 235 0839 or by emailing

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If you can not find your tracking or delivery information for your order, please contact us quoting your WEB order number and we’ll be happy to help you.
