2. What is the returns, refund and exchange policy?

We want you to love your purchase from BigBoys Menswear, but if you don't then chill your beans - because Houston, we DO NOT have a problem!

Just return the items using the Royal Mail portal: http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3848 within 30 days of receipt. Like everything else at BigBoys we put our customers first and returns to BigBoys are 100% FREE

Whatever you send back must be in its original unworn condition with the brand labels attached and after we've checked that everything's tickety-boo, we'll issue you a refund.

Please fill in the form we have sent with your purchase and return it back with your items.

If you do not require an exchange, then remember that while BigBoys is super speedy and processes refunds straight away, your bank might be a little slower and your refund could take up to 5 days to go back into your account. Hey, don't shoot the messenger!

Feel like you need a different size, no sweat! Just return the original and fill in the form we have sent with your purchase and return it with your items and we'll do the rest.

If it’s human contact you’re after, you can even return your item to your local store.

Just rock up with the item and the return paperwork and our store staff will get things moving. Bear in mind though, store staff can’t issue refunds for on-line orders, so you’ll still need to wait a few days for our returns team to send back the dough!

Finally, products bought in our retail stores can only be returned to our retail stores. Choose between a refund or an exchange for items up to the original purchase value. 

3. How do I place an order?

It's easy to shop safely and securely on our website:

  • Browse the website and simply click on the items you'd like to buy
  • Select your size and click 'Add to Basket'
  • When you're ready to complete your order, click on 'My Basket'
  • Select the delivery option you'd like and click 'Checkout'
  • You will then be taken to our secure checkout where you'll be asked to fill in your address and payment details. If you already have an account with us then simply log in
  • We will send you an email to confirm your order once payment has been confirmed

4. How do I register for an account?

It's simple to set up an account. You can do this before you start shopping or after you have placed all the items in the basket. You just need an active email address and password. To do this, just click on Login and then select Create an Account. Once you are set up, future orders will be simple. We will also send you our newsletters which highlight our new products and promotions including juicy discount codes.

5. Why won't my discount code work?

We are sorry you are having problems with one of our discount codes. Please check the following:

  • The code: check you have entered the code correctly. If you've been emailed a code, try to cut and paste it rather than re-typing it
  • Expiry date: the code you are trying to use might have expired. Please check the date
  • Correct website: check that you are entering the code on the correct website. Please note that promotional codes may be restricted to selected products only and therefore will not be applied at the checkout to any excluded products (e.g. gift vouchers, 2 for 1 deals, excluded products etc). 

6. How do I know if you have the size or the colour I want in stock?

The sizes or colours that we have available are listed in the drop-down boxes on each product page. Click on the size or colour you are interested in to see if it is available 

7. How do I know what size to order?

We've put handy size guides on each product description to help you select the correct size. Just click on the size guide tab next to each product. Don't forget that sizes differ between brands. These are guides only and you should bear in mind any individual preferences and requirements. Very occasionally we may come across different sizing for certain products, but we will make sure this is noted in the product description tab on the right-hand side of the product page you are viewing.

8. Can I have a different delivery address to my billing address?

Yes, it's simple to add a new delivery address. Just visit the My Account section of the website. This can give you flexibility to have orders delivered to the most convenient address.

9. How do I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel an order or make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order or as quickly as possible on 0113 249 1531 or by emailing us at info@bigboys.co.uk  

10. What types of payment do you accept?

11. What shipping options are there?

You heard it right! Standard Delivery is FREE on all UK orders!

We send our parcels with Royal Mail Standard Tracked Service and you can expect delivery within three to five days of ordering.

Want your stuff sooner? No problem! Use our Royal Mail Next Day Tracked Service which costs just £1.99! Just place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday. 

Outside the UK? Our international delivery charges look like this:

Europe: Zone 1 £13* (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Switzerland) Rest of Europe £19*

*Prices for European delivery are a guide and are dependent on weight. In some cases we might need to charge extra, but if we do, we’ll let you know before you checkout.

12. My parcel hasn't been delivered?

On very rare occasions, parcels get lost in the post. If you have received your order dispatch confirmation but your parcel fails to arrive, please contact us either by phone or e-mail and we we'll investigate the matter with Royal Mail.
