1. How do I register for an account? 

It's simple to set up an account. You can do this before you start shopping or after you have placed all the items in the basket. You just need an active email address and password. To do this, just click on Log In and then select Create an Account. Once you are set up, future orders will be simple. We will also send you our newsletters which highlight the latest looks and fashion accessories as well as promotions and discount codes. 

2. How do I place an order? 

It's easy to shop safely and securely on our website. Here's what to do: 

  • Browse the website and simply click on the items you'd like to buy
  • Select your size and click 'Add to Basket'
  • When you're ready to complete your order, click on 'My Basket'
  • Select the delivery option you'd like and click 'Checkout'
  • You will then be taken to our secure checkout where you'll be asked to fill in your address and payment details. If you already have an account with us, then simply log in
  • We will send you an email to confirm your order once payment has been confirmed

If you have arranged to collect your order from one of our stores, please wait until you've received an email from us to advise that it is ready for collection.

3. How do I know what size to order?

We've put handy size guides next to each product description to help you select the correct size. Just click on the size guide next to Choose a Size. Don't forget that sizes differ between brands and are guides only. Please bear in mind any individual preferences and requirements.  Very occasionally, we may come across different sizing for certain products, but we will make sure this is noted in Product Details. 

4. How do I know if you have the size or the colour I want in stock? 

The sizes and colours that we have available are listed in the drop-down boxes on each product page. Click on the size or colour you are interested in to see if it is available

5. I've been sent a discount code, but it won't work. What should I do? 

We are sorry you are having problems with one of our discount codes. Please check:

  • you have entered the code correctly. If you have been emailed a code, try to cut and paste it rather than re-typing it
  • the date to see if the code has expired
  • you are entering the code on the correct website

Please note that promotional codes may be restricted to selected products only and will not be applied at the checkout to any excluded products (eg gift vouchers, 2 for 1 deals and excluded products)  

6. Can I have a different delivery address to my billing address? 

Yes, it's simple to add a new delivery address.  All you need to do is visit My Account and add the address you would like your order delivered to. 

7. How do I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel an order or make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order or as quickly as possible on 0113 235 0839 or by emailing us at 

8. What do I do if my parcel does not arrive? 

On very rare occasions, parcels go astray. If you have received your order dispatch confirmation but your parcel fails to arrive, please contact us either by phone or email and we'll investigate the matter with Royal Mail. 

9. What is your returns, refund and exchange policy? 

We want you to love your purchase from but if you don't, just return your item(s) via Royal Mail by clicking here. Like everything else at we put our customers first and returns are 100% FREE.
