We want you to love your purchase from BigBoys Menswear, but if you don't then chill your beans - because Houston, we DO NOT have a problem!

Just return the items using the Royal Mail portal: 

within 30 days of receipt. Like everything else at BigBoys we put our customers first and returns to BigBoys are 100% FREE

Whatever you send back must be in the original unworn condition with the brand labels attached and after we've checked that everything's tickety-boo, we'll issue you a refund.

Please fill in the form we have sent you with your purchase and return back with you items.

If you do not require an exchange then remember that while BigBoys are super speedy and process refunds straight away, your bank might be a little slower and could take up to 5 days to accept back into your account. Hey - don't shoot the messenger!

Feel like you need a different size, no sweat! Just return the original and fill in the form we have sent you with your purchase and return with your items, and we'll do the rest.

If it’s human contact you’re after, you can even return your item to your local store.
Just rock up with the item and it’s returns paperwork, and our store staff will get things moving. Bear in mind though, store staff can’t issue refunds for on-line orders, so you’ll still need to wait around a couple of days for our returns team to send back the dough!

Finally, products bought in our retail stores can only be returned to our retail stores for a refund, or exchange for items up to the original purchase value.


Along with our regular returns policy of 30 days, we are pleased to share our extended Christmas Returns Policy - allowing you to shop in complete confidence during the festive season.

If you change your mind about your Christmas purchase, we will happily refund or exchange any garments that are bought online between: 01.11.2020 to 30.01.2021 - these can only be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase.

This policy does not apply to goods that have been worn or underwear for hygiene reasons.
